[#] [5]
must write these things down now because i have more to come...

i was so tempted to buy a nano i returned to the apple store to ask some questions. fortunately, my attempt was denied because a) my dentist doesn't accept the insurance i now have so i had to pay $133 out of what i had thought might apply to a nano and b) it requires usb2, which would require a laptop upgrade i'm not prepared to make yet.

i forgot to mention that when sven & i went to pioneer place i bought a wonderful smooth and sculpted black ammonite to use as an artist's way talking stone. but now i regret reading uzamaki because my former adoration of spirals is tainted with unease.

Comments:
Zoe's christmas request: "a pink ipod"...any suggestions?

Watch out or the spirals will get you!

kelsey: a shuffle w/ a pink wrap-around case. shuffles are cheaper than full ipods and a lot less destructible. and you can find a case for it than can be slightly translucent & rubbery or faux-leather, metal, plastic, etc.

philip: seriously! i'm surprised how it turns my stomach if i think about it too much! i used to -love- spirals. :P

Sorry to have ruined your enjoyment of spirals. I hope the anxiety they create will fade, because they really are nice shapes (when they're not haunting a town!)

good idea; i'm ipod ignorant. i was looking at the ipod mini. not a mini priced little gadget. i see the pink wrap around advertised here and there; perhaps, something shiny and bright will trick her into thinking the unit is pink. let's see how clever santa can get this year.
